History: Аt 06.04.2015 we met Charlie at the center of our city. He spun in a circle and constantly biting his torn tail. we could not overlook him. Оne woman told us that all day Charlie walked in city center with bloody fur but no nobody had mercy and impressed.
We rought him to the vet right away and his tail was amputated. Now he is save and soul, living at the place with rescued dogs and needs a good forever home.
We haven`t seen him another time on the street. Мaybe someone abandoned him on the street recently and other dogs bite his tail.
Character: Charlie is very nice and lovable doggie who loves human company and cuddle. He socializes well with other dogs.
